I Just Had Mastectomy And Flap Reconstruction. I Went Off

I just had mastectomy and flap reconstruction. I went off of fondaparinux blood thinner that I had been on for 4 months pre-surgery ( formed a jugular clot early in chemo treatment due to port catheter) 24 hours before surgery. I was given Lovenox injection each day post surgery in hospital. Usually the surgeon prescribes 325 mg daily aspirin post surgery once released from hospital but I need to go back on Arixtra for 2 more weeks minimum according to oncologist. So I assume that I should NOT ALSO take aspirin if I restart the Arixtra injections tomorrow?
