I Just Had My #8 Removed And The Stitches Does

I just had my #8 removed and the stitches does not hurrt but 2 nights ago i woke up and there was blood everywere but stitches didnt break and a blood clot formed over my tooth to my right side and over piece ov my wire from braces . And my face has been swollen since wensday which i got it done then but my upper lip inside is purple and hurts badly lip is swollen also
