I Just Had My Annual Pap And A Pelvic And

I just had my annual pap and a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. They called me because the Dr wants to see me. I asked if some thing came back wrong and she said yes. She basically told me the US and pap both came back normal but it's some thing to do with the swab he did on me. that didn't make sense and as I pressed her with q, she told me she's just a secretary and she can't explain more. I asked if it's something requiring treatment and she told me possibly. I'm left having no idea what it could possibly mean. any insight or experiences will help me immensely as I wait until the appt on Thursday. I'm definitely a worrier. I did test positive with my old obgyn for hpv over 7 years ago when I had my first baby. pap was abnormal for the first time and it turned out to be mild dysplasia due to the hpv. he gave me cryotherapy to freeze the cells off and My paps have been normal ever since with no hpv detected again. I completely did not mention it to the ob as he didn't ask for some odd reason and it slipped my mind. please any insight is appreciated as I am very scared the hpv or cell changes might have come back. but if pap is normal, how can that be..?
