I Just Had My Breast Implants Removed On 11/5/15, They

I just had my breast implants removed on 11/5/15, they look terrible right now. My right breast had become twice the size of the left, the surgeon took out 200cc's of whitish fluid and scar tissue, the right implant was yellow inside. My left breast looks pretty good, but very saggy almost concave on top. Do you have any recommendations to help with healing and or improving the look. I really just want to look good enough to wear my bikini. I had them in for 12 years.
