I Just Had My Gallbladder Removed Last Friday 12.12.14 And

I just had my gallbladder removed last Friday 12.12.14 and while I was in the hospital we asked the nurse why I had an extra little hole and she said it was from a shot I had during the surgery. Do you know what kind of shot it could be? It's above where all of the actual laparoscopic incisions are and it's just a little hole. But I wanted to know because I was in the er a few days ago and we found out the part of my lung was collapsed. It's near the area where I feel the pain for the collapsed lung and wonder if maybe they're connected? My surgeon knows about the lung because he stopped but the er after he got out of surgery. But I've been sick and every time I call him it never pops up in my mind to ask since so many other things are going on.
