I Just Had My Molar Extracted About 13 Hours Ago.

I just had my molar extracted about 13 hours ago. I had a tooth abccess and the I contacted Ludwigs angina and was hospitalized for 3 days. I've been on antibiotics and was able to get the tooth finally pulled today. My question is in the past 6 hours I have been waiting for the blood clot to form in the hole, but I don't have a blood clot. I have a large dirty white big thick of tissue there instead. I have an image. Is this normal? I know it's probably too soon for a dry socket and what I've seen online, I can't find anything that looks like this
