I Just Had My Second C Section On The 27th,

I just had my second c section on the 27th, the first was general anesthesia didn't have much problems afterwards except the usual and almost no breastmilk that was 2years and one month ago. This time I was alert just the bottom half numbed forgot the proper term. I've been home for a day or two I have the worst migraines when I stand up, my upper back on the spine area is painful. Is this normal? Milk supply and the general pain is there ofcoz which I expected but this back pain and migraines are concerning me. Thanks in advance
