I Just Had My Third Hernia Surgery In Less Than

I just had my third hernia surgery in less than 2 years. First was an umbilical than had an epigastric and now a ventral and small incisional .. I know I exercised too soon the last two times and won't make that mistake again. But am terrified it will come back anyway. No mesh was used. How can I prevent a recurrence.
