I Just Had Open Heart Surgery Four Months Ago, And

I just had open heart surgery four months ago, and was doing great, but now tonight I have a temp of 101 and the left side of my chest hurts. Could I be getting an infection? I don't have any heart disease or blockages - I was born with a heart defect in my left ventrical (sp)' and now I have a pig valve. I have also had both pneumonia shots. If I still feel like this in the morning I'm going to that doc. Any other suggestions?
