I Just Had Servere Pain In My Left Foot, Like

I just had servere pain in my left foot, like arthritis. I could not move my foot. My toes were like shifting by themselves. I had to squeeze my foot for the pain. It eventually stopped. Now this same pain has radiated to my leg. It hurts very bad, like arthritis in the fibula area. This is not the first time for my foot but for the pain in my leg....
