I Just Had Sex Whom I Saw Is Taking Cialis

I just had sex whom I saw is taking cialis and clindamycin tablets. He is also taking a type of cream to which I saw him use around the head of the penis and the shaft. After sex, I peed and showered, but now I'm experiencing pain on my lower right side and cervix. Should I get tested? Is it because I'm sore that I'm experiencing said discomfort? What cream is needed for him to use around his penis? When I asked him he said his dermatologist prescribed said medications but he doesn't know for what purpose. And he also told me that he can't have sex for the next 2 weeks; "Dr's orders". Please advise, thanks.
