I Just Had Some Minor Surgery On My Foot And

I just had some minor surgery on my foot and I have been taking advil for pain. I also take Remeron to help me fall asleep. If you are familiar with Remeron, you know that it looks almost identical to advil. I just confused the two, the bottles are also the same size, shape and color. I took 4-30 mg Remeron tablets instead of one. Now I am freaking out.. Please tell me what I should do, if anything
