I Just Had Some Tests Done For An Employee Physical,

I just had some tests done for an employee physical, but the PCP didn't read the tests just copied them and handed them to me. Also he filled out forms saying he did things he didn't. I would like help interpreting the test results just received and in comparison to last year for the EKG.
I have a strong family history of Heart Disease, Heart Attack, Open Heart Surgery, Diabetes, and related deaths. I think it irresponsible not to explain these things or take them serious.
He also filled out the physical forms saying he did things he did not do.
