I Just Had Two Lower Teeth Extracted But The Lower

I just had two lower teeth extracted but the lower left-side wisdom was suppose to be removed as well. It was not. That has now been postponed to a later date as the Dr. stated the root may be curved and he stated he wanted to preserve as much bone as possible.. My point is he gave me pain pills and antibiotics, although I did not have any infection at the time. Since then, I have started to get sharp pains behind my left ear, inside my left ear and now my left collarbone and neck. Normally I would think infection except that the collar bone and neck are now hurting. Should I be concerned? I am still taking the prescribed medications.
