I Just Jabbed A Knife Into Y Hand And Hit

I just jabbed a knife into y hand and hit the bone. The bleeding has stopped so I cleaned it out and wrapped it. Its located right below my index finger in the fatty part of ur Hand. My forefinger is tingling is that normal? I'm not going to go to doctor as of yet. Is there anything I should watch for?
