I Just Left A 12 Year Marriage Due To Domestic

I just left a 12 year marriage due to domestic violence. My son and I were left Homeless all summer and all our belongings were burnt. My husband broke my nose jaw ribbs blacked my eyes and gave me a concussion to leave me for a woman half his age. My son and I are trying to rebuild our lives. This school year has been rough. He has missed four days that are unexcused because my ribbs were hurting or we just had a bad day. The school is giving me trouble. I need an excuse from a doctor for him . Is there any doctor that would help us?
