I Just Looked At My Vagina .. Also Felt It

I just looked at my vagina .. also felt it .. I am 61 yes old .. it felt a bit "lumpy" ( HARD) . Maybe this is my anatomy . I don't usually look at this . I looked from a mirror . there seems to be hard lumps with a small sort of lesion on one.. I was using a feminine wipe and felt this hardness.. as i said i never looked or really paid attention to my inside anatomy.. Is this a problem or is this normal??? I am very nervous.. maybe this is what it has always been.. can you help???
