I Just Lost My Husband To A Tragic Accident We

I just lost my husband to a tragic accident we were married 36 years. during the last three months I believe my house has become infested with postpowder beetles I'm under an unbelievable amount of stress And know I haven't felt well the past couple days and I woke up this morning with a rash on my own Have a headache. I'm wondering if I could it inhaled some of the larvae or something to that effect to where I'm having these physical problem is now I called my primary care physician and he said to take a Benadryl the rash is still there I haven't found anyone to help me solve this problem and I have to get rid of furniture because I'm sure it's infested so my question is do you think this is stress or should I see my primary Doctor. And what test will he do when I do see him Also what are the symptoms of ingesting that in someway or another also what are the symptoms of ingesting that in someway or another
