I Just Notice That I Have 3 Bald Spots On

I just notice that I have 3 bald spots on the back of my head also some type of lumps feels like a pimple it also pop at first it comes out kinda sticky and then follow by blood but not to much just a bit .! My concern is if Ima have bald spots permanent and how can I treat this .
