I Just Noticed A Red Circular Internal Spot On My

I just noticed a red circular internal spot on my calf. I feel nothing to the touch, no pain, no roughness, no bump. It's completely internal it just seems too light to be a bruise and too circular. The inside of it is lighter in color as well. Not sure if I should be concerned. It's not very big in size either.
