I Just Noticed One Part Of My Anus Is Purple

I just noticed one part of my anus is purple and it is swollen no pain unless I'm using the bathroom it will burn and sting.. and my anus has a bad smell and vaginae hole like I haven't showered but as soon as I get out of the shower the smell is still the same
