I Just Noticed Some Blood In My 95 Yr Old

I just noticed some blood in my 95 yr old mothers urine. She isn't in any pain, but takes Plavix and high blood pressured medicine. She also had been drinking an excessive amount of coffee today. Should I take her to ER or wait to see what her next urine looks like.
