I Just Noticed Some Pain In My Right Abdomen. Closer

I just noticed some pain in my right abdomen. Closer to my pubic bone. It is a dull ache. There is an elongated lump. I am post menopausal, healthy with no other symptoms but, have been feeling tired and somewhat " hormonal" for about two weeks. I have been eating a diet high in soy.
