I Just Noticed Spots In My Left Eye, Let Me

I just noticed spots in my left eye, let me explain what they remind me of, some are as small as a grain of sand and others are as big as a pin head. The part that worries me is they are not like vitreous floaters there are a lot and when I blink they move slightly but are right back front and center. Also, some are black some are grayish and others are just like an outline of a circle... just a little concerned...
