I Just Noticed That The Back Of My Throat Is

I just noticed that the back of my throat is red veiny like and has orange spots. My throat is not sore and doesn't feel abnormal. I have had problems with my tonsils for several years and had them removed about 6 months ago. Why does it look like this?
