I Just Noticed That When I Stick My Tongue Out

I just noticed that when I stick my tongue out it twitches and spazzes like crazy, and i had not noticed his before. But when I leave it still in my mouth there is no twitching. I did some research and was wonderin if this could be ALS of some kind? I have videos to show...
