I Just Noticed Tiny Tiny Red Bumps On The Head

I just noticed tiny tiny red bumps on the head of my penis they are really tinyim 17 and a virgin i also have lots of bumps around rim of penis but i googled it an found that it is a condition but i noticed these other tiny spots 20 min ago they dont sting reallybad but i know that they are there the feeling is what caused me to check
