I Just Noticed Today A Little Discomfort Inside My Labia.

I just noticed today a little discomfort inside my labia. This evening I looked in the mirror and there is a red ring around the inside of my labia and around the inside of my clitoris (where I pee ).
I take birth control and have recently started a medication for a hyper thyroid- methmidizol.
Could it be from new meds? I did just finish with my menstruated cycle for this month.
Also there is not any odor and not any odd discharge...not yet.
