I Just Noticed Today My Belly Button Is Wet And

I just noticed today my belly button is wet and smells horrible. I figured it waa just dirty so I cleaned it and dried it and now that I look again it's wet and stinky. It doesn't hurt, it's not red, I've never had a piercing or anything. Also I have an "innie" belly button.
