I Just Passed Gas And Blood Came Out, Dripped On

I just passed gas and blood came out, dripped on the floor and everything. I feel fine, don't know what it could be. I have a history of 3 diverticulitis and an internal hemorrhoid. Had a colonoscopy done last year that was the finding. No cancer or even polyps.
