I Just Picked Up Refill For Amlodipine Tablets Not Same

I just picked up refill for Amlodipine Tablets not same as previous One always had had 10 on one side and G1540 on other side New one is much smaller and has C on one side and 128 on other side.
what is difference?

New one is much smaller with C on one side and 18 on other whst is difference?
