I Just Received A Call That A Good Friend Died.

I just received a call that a good friend died. She is about 50 years old. The only symptoms they told me are that her feet were swelling and she lost her appetite. She has been sick for about 6 months. She is a Christian Scientist, so she didn't go to a doctor. She needed help at the end bathing and going to the bathroom. What do you think she could have had?
