I Just Received A Recall Notice From Walgreens That A

I just received a recall notice from Walgreens that a medication I take was found to contain a trace amount of an unexpected impurity. The medication is Valsartan. States that patients who are on this medication should continue taking the medication and tell your doctor if their is an alternate available. I am supposing that these recall products are also sent to physicians. I have an appointment with my cardiologist next month and I will ask him about this. What do you think?
