I Just Received The Results Of My MRI And The

I just received the results of my MRI and the radiologist wrote that I have cerebral atrophy. My neurologist did not elaborate on this diagnosis, he simply ordered more test. I presented with severe migraines a year ago with symptoms progressively worsening. Can you explain the cerebral atrophy please. I am a 33 year old Caucasian female, otherwise healthy.
