I Just Recently Had An IUD Put In And During

I just recently had an IUD put in and during the procedure I moved and she was concerned she could have possibly perforated my uterus. I have been uncomfortable and in moderate to sometimes severe pain since the procedure. Motrin is not touching the pain and discomfort. This morning I woke up with a low fever of 99.4. Should I go to the emergency room? Thank you.
