I Just Recently Noticed A Puffy Painless Lump On My

I just recently noticed a puffy painless lump on my penile shaft. In appears to be under the skin and is very peculiar as it feels to have a ribbed vein on the inside. Could this be a parasitic infection? Do i need to see a doctor? Thia is extremely important for i am very bust lately and need to know ASAP
