I Just Recently Started A Diet Program Under A Doctor's

I just recently started a diet program under a doctor's care and he is not available to ask. I've been drinking the 64 oz of water as required, but recently when I urinate I experience burning pain and now have a constant feeling that I have a tampon pushing out of the vaginal area when I do not have one in nor have not had my period in ten years. Any thoughts?
