I Just Recently Took A Clearblue Pregnancy Test And It

I just recently took a clearblue pregnancy test and it came out positive 3+. About 2 days later I started spotting and then another 2 days later i started cramping and the bleeding continued. Went to the local clinic and was sent home and told to go home and relax. The bleeding hasn't stopped and I'm seeing very small clots. The blood is very dark and it smells a bit off. Have I miscarried? I miscarried in 2013 after 7 weeks
