I Just Recently Took A Pregnancy Test And It Was

I just recently took a pregnancy test and it was positive for the past few days I spotted on and off then it stopped. Now every time I stand up I bleed but if I stay laying down or sit I don't bleed I'm not in any pain just a little score on my lower side
