I Just Recently Was Put On Blood Pressure Medication And

I just recently was put on blood pressure medication and have been having a problem with shortness of breath. All test (ekg, blood work, xray) came back fine. I think my chest pain is due to acid reflux, is that possible? Also will pepto raise my blood pressure?
