I Just Recently Went To An Allergy Specialist And Had

I just recently went to an allergy specialist and had blood work done, and was told that I'm allergic to milk and dairy products. would like to know what is in these products that cause me to suffer facial swelling, and some times my hands and tongue will swell up?
