I Just Returned From Doctors Office After I Suspected A

I just returned from doctors office after I suspected a bladder/kidney infection. He tested my urine and said no infection. They are doing a culture on urine and will get back to me in 24-48 hrs if anything shows up. I'm in a great deal of lower abdominal pain, back pain, frequent urination, extreme pain when I hold my urine in the middle of night, waking up 2-3X to go to the bathroom. I've had a hysterectomy 5 years ago and am 47 years of age. Thanks
