I Just Returned To Live In Pa. After Being In

I just returned to live in Pa. After being in Md 15 yrs. I was sick 2 wks ago took myself to Emergency. I had Sinituis. Anyway here I am sick again , getting better but a nasty cough ( like in my chest). I take Allergy meds. I am not a get sick person. I am currently staying with my sis and family. She has a dog and cat. Could this be my problem?
