I Just Saw My Daughter Has Red Veins That Are

I just saw my daughter has red veins that are very noticeable on her tonsils, and she's had a snore for about a couple months now.. i thought it was fine until the past few days it seems a little more odd. She hasn't had any runny nose or dry boogies.. she's going to the doctor tomorrow, but if you could just ease my concern a little, if that's possible?
