I Just Saw The Physician Last Week With Symptoms Of

I just saw the physician last week with symptoms of vaginal discharge and occasional itching. I was prescribed Flagyl for yeast infection. Approximately 2 days after having intercourse, my symptoms seem worse. It appears that I have some fissuring (knife like cuts or tears in the Perinrum area. I also have a lump, knot or sore on my left outer lip ( (I think this is the Labia Majora area). It is very painful. Right now I am using anti-fungal cream.
