I Just Started Junel Fe Birth Control Pills, About Two

I just started Junel Fe birth control pills, about two weeks ago. Ever since, I have had pretty bad cramps that worsen throughout the day. Also some spotting. I'm assuming this is normal as my body adjusts to the hormones. Is there anything I can do to help it? When should I expect it to stop? Thanks, Ashlin.
