I Just Started A Job Where I Sit For Most

I just started a job where I sit for most of the day. I noticed that I am having a slight achiness on my right side of my back just below my breast. It feels a bit tight. I have tried stretching but, notice it when I take a deep breath. It almost feels like a mild pain.
