I Just Started A Transdermal Estrogen Patch 3wk Ago After

I just started a transdermal estrogen patch 3wk ago after taking 1.5 mg orally/day for several months. I have had breakthrough spotting x1 and seen a bit nervous almost PMS-like since starting. My dose is a 0.1mg patch. I wonder if I am getting too high of a dose.
