I Just Started Having Small Rash At The Top Of

I just started having small rash at the top of my buttock....it started of just itchy and irritating now there is small sores it just at the top of the buttocks too. After asking my grandfolks what they thought it turs out my Grandpa had had the sam type of rash in thr same area for two months now?
