I Just Started, Past 2-days, Having Pain In Right Upper

I just started, past 2-days, having pain in right upper abdomen. Being treated for stool blockage w/prescription Miralax substitute for 3-months. Have breakthrough loose stools every 3 or 4 days. Loose stools are accompanied w/cramps and lower back pain. But I do have back problems.
